We are investigating several issues concerning our Placement Reports, as detailed below. While we continue working towards a quick resolution, we ask your Administrator to submit a request on our Contact Us page to notify us if any of these issues are affecting your students.
"See Report" displayed for students without downloadable Placement Reports
Description: We've identified an issue where a "See Report" link appears for certain students without available reports, affecting specific organizations. It appears that this seems to only be affecting student who may have completed their Placement Reports on the old My Reading Academy app.
Issue status: Investigating
Placement Reports not reflecting accurate data
Description: Placement Reports across all grade levels and classrooms are not displaying accurate data. Students who have completed significant activity time and acquired various skills are incorrectly shown as having 0 prior knowledge skills.
Issue status: Investigating
Teachers cannot download placement reports
Description: Teachers are unable to download My Math Academy placement reports after students have completed the placement test.
